The team showed up right on time and were efficient, professional and knew exactly what they needed to do and how to do it. I couldn’t believe my eyes as I watched sections of concrete rise back into place almost like magic. But they also made sure their material filled any remaining voids to fully support the slabs and guard against future cracks. They didn’t rush, explained what they were doing and were fully cleaned up and gone in a very reasonable amount of time. I know they have many competitors, but these guys are the real deal. And Marsha is positively charming and knowledgeable if you call with questions! A great family business.

This is the second time A-1 Concrete Leveling provided services to my properties. As the previous job, this time they did a great work leveling my concrete driveway’s parking area, patio and sidewalk, which could have cost me several thousands of dollars to replace the sinking concrete areas. The people who came out to do the job are reliable and professional, I highly recommend A-1 to anyone who needs concrete leveling done. A-1 has competitive prices for all your concrete leveling needs.

Then Darrin and Roni were prompt and incredibly fast at fixing my issue with my front walkway. I’ll definitely reach out again in the future should I need any additional leveling work.

This is the team you want. It was a pleasurable experience from obtaining the initial quote to job completion. Everything was explained, addressed the problem areas and did not push unnecessary additional work. Once the quoted job was done we did a walk through and all joints quoted were flush. As with any repair, once an area is fixed, it might knock off another point. Those areas were addressed, we negotiated the additional work required and the crew knocked it out the same day. I'd like to thank the Boss, RC for the original inspection and quote, Marsha for being the one holding down the fort and Darrin, Roni, and Ryan, the ones in the trenches making it all happen. Great job.

Review: Excellent company, great workers, great owner
12/11/24
Just wanted to leave a review for this company as my wife and I were ecstatic with the work they did. Although we are nearing the end of the season for concrete leveling, they were able to fit us in before the ground here in NE Ohio froze. We had a sidewalk leveled, the driveway leading into the garage raised, and most importantly, raised the step to our porch as this was a safety hazard.
All the workers that were out that day were very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had.
I highly recommend A-1 Concrete Leveling (Cleveland West Side).
